This Privacy Policy aims to explain how we obtain clients' personal data. It explains how personal data is collected, processed, and for what purposes it is used. The Privacy Policy informs visitors (clients) of this website about their rights in the collection and further processing of personal data, all for the purpose of protecting their personal data and privacy.

Collection of Personal Data

Visitors can visit our website without disclosing personal data about themselves. This means that we do not collect data about visitors unless the visitor voluntarily sends their personal data to our official email address for the purpose of contacting or sending an offer for your company. The same applies to sending open job applications and resumes. By sending such data, implicit consent is given for the collection and processing of personal data. The collected data will not be made available to unauthorized third parties in any way, except for the purposes prescribed by law. All data is deleted after the purpose for which it was sent or collected ceases. Spegra d.o.o. collects the minimum data for which the purpose of processing cannot be explained.

Managing Consents

Consents are the voluntary, informed, and unambiguous expression of the wishes of our employees, by which they give consent for the processing of personal data through a clear affirmative action. Spegra d.o.o. mainly operates with business entities for which it is not necessary to seek consents because they are legal entities. The protection of personal data for legal entities is based on the legal legitimacy arising from signed contracts. Consents are signed with the employees of Spegra d.o.o. Employees can withdraw their consents at any time.
